Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic BDM within the cleaning industry experience that is results-driven, and can estimate and present to potential clients.
About the job
Key responsibilities in the role are, but not limited to:
Based at our office in Canberra, you will be responsible for contributing and supporting the company’s growth strategy across new and existing ACT-based prospects. Along with BD, you will also be responsible for estimating any opportunities that are generated and presenting them during tender presentations.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting new business,
- Managing estimations and preparing evaluations for Executive Management sign off,
- Contribution to submission reports,
- Relationship building with existing portfolios,
- Maintaining CRM records and lift cycles accurately
- Develop specific target segments to increase sales opportunities as per the Strategic Marketing plan.
- Effectively transition new business to the Key Account Manager / Operations team
- Maintain CRM database of all contacts, pipeline, and client interaction.
This role is a full-time permanent position and may require some regional and interstate travel as needed.
The right candidate will
- Hold extensive BD and estimating experience,
- Cleaning or Facilities industry knowledge
- Have high proficiency in Windows Office & CRM systems,
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills,
- Have a passion for being highly organised to work on multiple projects,
Requirements
- You must have full work rights within Australia,
- A current clear Police Check
- Current Driver’s License
