What you’ll do 


As Senior Product Manager you will build and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional post-purchase digital experiences. You will ensure that your cross functional squad are working on the right things at the right time and are always aware of the value of what they are delivering. 

  • Lead an Omni channel (web & app) scrum team to build and own products that solve key customer problems in the post purchase journey 
  • Collaborate and partner with the broader business, ensuring your squad is aligned and clear on undertaking initiatives that have an impact on the performance of the organisation, co-create OKRs within your team and align across teams
  • Define and align product strategy based on emerging factors, communicating how it is aligned to business strategy and purpose 
  • Use data and insights to make financially sound product decisions, understand financial trade offs that impact the profitability of the Tribe and use this as an input to your decisions

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of Product experience building trust with multiple senior stakeholders in a large corporate environment including cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience prioritising and leading multiple streams of work with a focus on driving valuable customer and business outcomes
  • Able to make data driven decisions to iteratively shape requirements and features
  • Drive user-led research & design to identify and implement opportunities to improve usage, desirability and other user-centric KPIs
  • Demonstrated leadership of a high-achieving team, getting the most potential from the team to deliver successful results
