SharePoint Business Systems Administrator

You're a sharepoint administrator, and your jam is bringing to life business requirements and supporting business units to realise their sharepoint dreams. You have a knack for enhancing business systems and providing exceptional user support.
You have strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and best practices. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Experience and/or training in IFS, Manage Engine, or other ITIL-based ticketing systems.
What's Involved?
- Build strong relationships with the wider business and provide general admin and user support for various business systems including SharePoint, MS Teams, and ticketing systems.
- Gather and document SharePoint requirements from stakeholders at all levels to prepare business cases, project plans, estimates, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
- Provision and manage the SharePoint Online (SPO) admin centre.
- Manage SharePoint migrations.
- Create site collections, sites, sub-sites, libraries, lists, apps, pages, and web parts based on business requirements.
- Create SharePoint security groups and manage SharePoint permissions and user access at all levels.
- Utilise other Office 365 applications such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, and Power BI to enrich SharePoint applications.
- Develop training programs with customised training materials for different levels of SharePoint users, including manuals for administrators, power users/content managers, and end users.
- Implement SharePoint and Teams Governance.
- Help maximize the potentials and benefits of using SharePoint/Teams for information management and business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online (SPO) and Office 365 applications.
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support for SharePoint issues.
- Ability to create and manage SharePoint security groups and permissions.
- Experience in developing training programs and materials for various levels of SharePoint users.
