We are seeking a Sales Director for a high-performing and fast-growing digital agency, poised to become one of the top agencies in Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you are an individual contributor tasked to build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, and then convert these sales opportunities into new customers.
You will be developing sales and omnichannel strategy presentations for a wide range of clients (majority are SMBs) across both lead gen and e-commerce.

You will be supported by senior leadership, account management and technical staff, including highly skilled industry leaders.
You'll be involved in strategy development (SEO, paid search, paid social), inbound lead conversion, inbound sales activities (networking, cold-calling), developing bespoke sales and strategy presentations, deal closing, cross-department collaboration, research, analytics and reporting.
If you’d like to apply for this role, you MUST have:
- Minimum of 5 years designing and presenting omnichannel digital marketing strategies and solutions.
- Exceptional closing skills with the ability to quickly win clients' trust and identify their needs.
- Minimum of 3 years selling to business owners, senior leaders and marketing managers of small to large businesses.
- Solid knowledge of e-commerce, paid search and SEO strategies and outputs. Paid social knowledge is a plus.
- A love for the hunt with a willingness for 10-20% of your role to be outbound sales including cold-calling and networking.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate client business objectives into compelling sales proposals
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, mature and high-performance culture.
- The desire and self-motivation to work 100% remotely within Australian business hours. No face-to-face meetings are required.
