About the opportunity

The Senior Executive Governance Specialist is responsible for providing high-level governance and administrative services to the University Executive and relevant Standing Committees and Working Groups of this body. The incumbent is accountable for supporting the successful operation of the University Executive, which includes providing strategic support and advice to Senior Executives and providing operational and project management and administrative support.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

provide strategic guidance and expert advice to the Vice-Chancellor and University Executive to enable best-practice governance models, committee support, and delivery of strategic objectives

manage and prepare agendas for meetings of the University Executive and its Standing Committees and Working Groups

develop and implement strategies and plans designed to meet the information requirements and needs of key
