The position will be full time.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organization Development Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent development.
Role Summary:
Lead and execute organization-wide development initiatives to enhance overall employee engagement and productivity.
Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and design strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
Develop and implement change management plans to support the successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and formulate action plans.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate professional growth and development.
Collaborate with HR partners to align organization development initiatives with broader HR strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organization development and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of organization development initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of organization-wide development initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align organization development strategies with overall business goals.
Offer insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Organizational Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Analyze data and feedback to provide actionable insights for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement targeted interventions.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or cultural shifts.
Provide guidance to leaders and employees during periods of organizational change.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Talent Development:
Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
Create and implement strategies for employee development, career pathing, and succession planning.
Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and high-potential employees.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs through assessments and collaboration with department heads.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on leadership, team dynamics, and other relevant topics.
Utilize various learning modalities to cater to diverse learning styles.
Collaboration with HR:
Partner with HR colleagues to ensure that organization development initiatives align with broader HR strategies.
Work closely with HR on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of organization development initiatives.
Prepare and present reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Use feedback and metrics to continually refine and improve programs.
Cultural Transformation:
Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that reflects the company's values.
Drive cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Legal Compliance:
Stay updated on Australian employment laws and regulations.
Ensure that all organization development initiatives comply with relevant legal requirements.
Provide guidance to leadership on potential legal implications of proposed initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in organization development.
Participate in professional development activities and maintain relevant certifications.
Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Organization Development Consultant.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
Salary : 80k & above (Excluding Super)
