Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Run the monthly governance calls with all key stakeholders and ensure the relationship is maintained and concerns are addressed promptly
- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide direction to the individual practice leads.
- Participate in negotiations and work closely with HR in resource management. E.g the contract extensions & probations.
- Establish and refine standards and processes for continuous improvement across the organization and practices.
- Monitor performance and facilitate training initiatives to align with business objectives.
- Accountable for delivering high quality services.
- Provide Support in client pitches and proposal development.
- Collaborate with engagement leads to effectively allocate resources.
- Drive the development and growth of practices, including the exploration of new areas and expansion of existing ones.
- Work to established KPIs to track the effectiveness of business development efforts and sales performance.
- Work towards and achieve the targets set by senior management to contribute to overall business success.
- Guide the practice heads and management to produce content that is relevant and can lead to more opportunities.
- Work with Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business development initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generates leads
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Must be fluent in English. Any additional language would be a plus.
- Experience in a similar customer service-orientated role is advantageous.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, unsupervised, under pressure in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in producing quality results with high attention to detail.
- Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and co-workers
