Management (Information & Communication Technology)

As the Development Manager, you will help shape our client’s development team and enhance the way the organisation operates. In this pivotal role, you will manage priorities, uphold standards, refine processes, and ensure the delivery of functionality aligns with business requirements and governance standards.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience working across Software Development Life Cycle
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice Dev Ops approach
  • Experience in managing development teams
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency with Jira, GitHub technologies.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise DB, Progress, SQL or equivalent
  • Experience with development, build and deploy methodologies
  • Governance Processes: Implement and manage change management, testing strategies, approval processes, and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements are understood and translated into designs and specifications
  • Liaise with IT team to ensure alignment with process, practice and methodologies
  • Ability to document design and system processes
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage own time.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
