The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple Managers - Quantitative Development.
Join our team as a Manager, Quantitative Development in Investment Technology and take charge of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our portfolio management processes. You'll play a pivotal role in managing a high-performing team focused on upgrading our investment data and analytics capability. This is an opportunity to combine your strong theoretical and practical understanding of investment management with leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager, Quantitative Development, you'll work closely with investment teams to understand their data and analytics needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing proprietary tools and processes to improve portfolio analysis, aligning solutions with technology frameworks and standards, providing ongoing support, and enabling the growth and development of your team. Additionally, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance data advisory services, helping stakeholders access and utilize data effectively.
About You
You are a highly quantitative individual with experience leading small teams of Quant Developers in investment analytics. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern technology architectures is essential, along with a passion for problem-solving using technology. You thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership of your work, and are committed to achieving positive outcomes for your team and the organization.
