How you will do it:

  1. Develop short and long range sales plans and prepare sales strategies and submissions to reach nominated targets for the Applied Business in their respective Territory.
  2. Call on target organizations to identify profitable sales opportunities.
  3. Manage the preparation and submission of sales proposals in line with Johnson Controls corporate policies and processes.
  4. Influence tender requests to include Johnson Controls specified Applied Products and Systems/Solutions.
  5. Foster strong relationships with all Customers and provide sales and technical support to Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in order to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Lead the engagement of existing and potential Customers and Stakeholders (Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and Government Bodies) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations, forecasts for secured and revenue on Sales & Collections and Reports Expenses in accordance with Company Policy.
  8. Generate forecasts for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management, and any other sales related issues at all times.

What we look for:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
  2. More than 5 – 10 years working experience in sales, ideally within HVAC Chillers – Engineering.
  3. Proven Sales ability including year-on-year growth.
  4. Ability to communicate both internally and externally at all levels.
  5. Experience working with Consultant, Owners, main Contractors and other key Stakeholders within the Building and Commercial Industry.
