What does the job look like?
The Key Account Manager is responsible for being conduit between all facets of the Linfox business and its customer with the primary goal of managing retention & growth in accordance with the business strategy.
The role also ensures that Linfox perform and deliver the services in line with contractual requirements and ensures it is done so in line with the Linfox safety and commercial requirements. Key areas:
- Account Manage Key Customer contracts including the management/oversight of key account management of one of our largest customers
- Develop marketing opportunities for existing customers (Share of Wallet Growth) including lead business development opportunities (tendering, pricing, presentations) based on customer requirements
- Drive and manage the financial analysis for revenue/profitability management for seeking optimization CI & growth
- Reviewing and establishing customer contracts & transport agreements for all existing customers
- Manage new customer implementation and ensure a seamless transition to a successful implementation
- Able to travel monthly covering the Region between Brisbane to Cairns
Are you the one?
You have extensive experience as an Account Manager with strong commercial acumen. You can demonstrate:
- Experience with Account Management in supply chain operation.
- Experience in a fast paced multi customer environment (FMCG preferred)
- Proven record in transport sales or account management of large accounts
- Strong understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve and commercial analytics
- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements
- Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within company and the customer
