We’re excited to bring to the market a very rare opportunity. We’re on the hunt for an experienced Brand Director to lead our Core Beer portfolio providing transformational leadership across our iconic brands. This portfolio is Lion’s biggest and has some of Australia’s most iconic brands like XXXX, Toohey’s and Hahn. We’re looking for the best of the best.
 

Reporting to our Marketing Director AU this role will be tasked with setting the strategic direction for the portfolio, ensuring our brands are truly embedded into Aussie culture and driving sustainable brand growth. You will be a pivotal leader driving a team of passionate, creative individuals dedicated to excellence. 
 

Of course, you will have the technical and leadership skills but, as importantly, you are courageous, curious and have the conviction that we can win in this category. You have proven experience in brand transformation and execution of a strategic vision, along with a growth mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo. Your ability to influence and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders, internally & externally, will be key to your success.

What you will need on day one 
• Demonstrated senior strategic leadership experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving results and fostering team growth.
• Extensive experience managing complex brand portfolios and navigating challenges with strategic insight and vision.
• A fearless approach to transformation, with the ability to inspire and empower your team to embrace change and drive results.
• A passion for strategy and creativity, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Demonstrated ‘make it happen’ experience, showing grit and resilience
