Forming part of the ANZ leadership team, this critical role will partner with the MD of ANZ and Finance leaders to provide strategic direction and vision for category and brand experience. You will exercise a strategic mindset, pursuing growth and new opportunities across the ANZ business. Working cross-functionally, you will drive knowledge of category and brand experience to support key decision making.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving ANZ net growth strategy via the identification of high appeal category growth opportunities (across segments / channels / formats / brands)
- Coach and mentor the category and brand experience team
- Enabling the development and execution of strategic partnerships with our key customers by delivering industry-leading analysis and insights that support our customer teams in driving category growth (covering RSVP - range / space / visibility / price & promotions)
- Converting shoppers into buyers of our brands via influential marketing propositions at the ‘moment of choice’. Specifically creating engaging brand experiences along the path to purchase (physical and digital) that deliver a tangible sales response in ANZ and driving collaboration and sharing of best practices across the Team.
- Delivering the Annual Integrated Commercial Planning process across ANZ that supports Blackmores short and long term strategic goals.
- Driving market connectivity by utilising internal and external data sources to identify and unlock opportunities.
Who are you?
- At least 10 years Category and Shopper Marketing experience gained from within leading blue-chip FMCG companies
- Ability to define and lead strategy across pharmacy, grocery and ecommerce channels for Blackmores ANZ
- A courageous and inspirational leader who builds high performing teams
- A strategic thinker who thinks ‘big picture’ and drives growth
- Strategic revenue management experience
