Account Director | Brand Experience

This fast-growing independent agency with a down-to-earth no BS culture is looking for an Account Director with strong experiential production knowledge. Work across an exciting portfolio of clients on a range of brand experiences from activations to conferences to away days to sampling. No two days are the same
A bit about the role:
- Be the main day to day client contact, leading projects and managing deliverables ensuring excellence and timely communication
- Make solid recommendations to our clients demonstrating strategic understanding of their business, the competitor landscape and business challenges
- Foster rapport with clients to develop and find new business opportunities
- Liaise with the creative department to plan resource requirements
- Interrogate briefs and disseminate information to the wider project team
- Together wth the BD manage forecasting and campaign budgets, demonstrating financial acumen and flair
- Champion processes across the business
- Experiential/activations/events experience
- Experience working with leading consumer brands
- An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges, whatever the brief, audience or channel
- Extensive experience managing clients providing best in class account handling, problem solving and relationship building
- Experience managing budgets, profitability and delivery
- Excellent written and presentation ability
- Not afraid to role up sleeves and get the job done
- A natural gravitas and presence to make things happen
