As the Senior Applications Pipeline / Senior Demand Generation Lead, your primary responsibility is to drive and enhance pipeline growth through focused demand generation programs across multiple channels.

Your goal is to achieve significant pipeline growth, ensuring the success and optimization of demand generation initiatives.

As a Senior Demand Generation Lead, you will:

  • Demand Generation Planning:
  • Continuously test and refine the demand generation plan.
  • Ensure alignment with all Lines of Business (LoBs) and partners.
  • Maintain clear communication and visibility of the plan to all stakeholders.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the regional VP and Senior Sales Leaders to shape, establish, and drive comprehensive global and local go-to-market strategies.
  • Align strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Program Management:
  • Lead the development, execution, and management of sales initiatives.
  • Implement mandated expansion plays, move strategies, and new needs (NN) to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Execute programs designed to achieve four times the annual quota in pipeline generation.
  • Report on the success of each event within the demand generation plan against agreed metrics, whilst adjusting future events as needed
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Follow up with BDC, Sales, and partner teams to ensure appropriate follow-up actions post every demand generation event.
  • Ensure development and communication of the demand generation plan six months in advance, with publication to all key stakeholders one month prior to the commencement of the six-monthly plan.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5-8 years of related experience in demand generation or sales pipeline management within the Technology industry
  • Demonstrated time management and telesales skills.
  • Goal-oriented individual with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
