Our Client

Ranked number one local real estate agency in their area, our client is a multi-award winning Principal and Agency. Duties

With a rare opportunity opening up to step in to this team they are seeking a proven gun Associate to undertake the following:

  • Prospecting the local area which includes a mix of cold and warm calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
  • Arranging and attending open for inspections as well as private inspections
  • Preparing weekly open for inspection packs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with current clientele including vendors, buyers, solicitors, trades etc.
  • Preparing for and attending property appraisals
  • Database management and pipeline management
  • Assisting with coordination of advertising and marketing where required (with the Marketing team)

Specific requirements:

This is one of the country's top performers, so the role will require someone who is both passionate & hungry to build a successful career in Real Estate sales

  • Demonstrated success in gaining listings through prospecting or BDM within Real Estate
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a given
  • Driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
