Customer Service / Onboarding Consultant
SuperCare Overview:
Join our dynamic team at SuperCare, a leading provider dedicated to assisting eligible patients with the early release of their Superannuation for medical treatment costs. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join us in delivering unparalleled support to our valued customers.
The Role:
The Onboarding Consultant is accountable for achieving target results in critical areas of (1) Client Training/Onboarding; and (2) Client Engagement & Retention.
What you need to know about the role:
• This is a permanent full-time position, with fixed Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm working hours.
• This role is client-facing and will be required to be on Zoom with our newly partnered Clinics, training and nurturing the relationship.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues.
• Inbound and Outbound Calls & Emails
• Perform various administrative tasks related to Onboarding a new partnered Client.
• $60,000 + Super
About You:
• You are passionate about customer service.
• You have functional skills with Zoom (preferred).
• You love problem-solving and coming up with solutions.
• You can multitask and manage time effectively without compromising service.
• You love teamwork and collaborating with others.
• You have experience with Zoom or have experience in the service industry.
• You have a love for learning new things.
Preferred Skills:
• 2 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent role, with a demonstrated track record of handling escalated issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions.
• Technology Skills: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, CRM/Salesforce
• Business Acumen
