Description du poste


Le responsable pricing B2B participe à la définition de la stratégie de tarification B2B et à la mise en œuvre de projets transversaux dans la région Europe-Afrique du Nord. Le rôle implique des interactions avec divers départements (marketing, ventes, DATA, opérations, gestion des revenus, e-commerce...) ainsi que de bonnes compétences en communication et en synthèse.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Définir la stratégie pricing : analyser les tendances du marché, les benchmarks concurrentiels, préparer les supports et rédiger les communications destinées aux hôtels, aux responsables des revenus et aux équipes opérationnelles.
  • Développer la stratégie pour les segments négociés (Corporate, MICE, Loisirs...) et participer à des projets visant à optimiser les revenus dans ces segments.
  • Contribuer à divers projets : grands événements (par exemple, les Jeux Olympiques de 2024), ALPP, etc.
  • Assister les hôtels dans la résolution des problèmes de tarification.
  • Soutenir les hôtels dans leurs demandes de création/modification de tarifs.
  • Assister à la réalisation d'audits système pour surveiller la mise en œuvre des recommandations et la bonne configuration des offres.
  • B2C : Assister au lancement d'offres et de promotions et déployer les offres dans les systèmes de réservation des hôtels. Suivre la participation et analyser la performance.

Qualifications

Ce poste nécessite une très bonne compréhension de l'environnement Accor, des outils et des sujets liés au pricing. Un profil complet est requis, car des compétences en communication (orale, écrite), en gestion de projet et en organisation sont indispensables.
