With 7 great locations Nationally, and thousands of courses successfully delivered at our sites and at work sites throughout Australia, Skylar Education is a leading RTO delivering internationally recognised training in the renewable energy sector.
The Role:
As a Sales Superstar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging with potential students and clients
- Providing expert advice on our range of courses and training programs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (2-3 years), preferably in the education or training industry
- Resilient and confident picking up the phone and prospecting- cold calling will be a key part of this role.
- Ability to consult with a variety of stakeholders on various levels within the electrical supply industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Degree in Marketing or business (or a related field) would be desired.
