We have a wide range of current Insurance Broker vacancies, often with clients exclusive to ExecSource, to help progress your insurance career.

These positions require experienced General Insurance professionals to manage, assist with and/or develop portfolios within the Brisbane and wider market. Asia Pacific leadership roles are also available.


The extent of duties vary - servicing an existing portfolio, with or without new business responsibilities, assisting experienced brokers or sales / business development roles. Knowledge of General Commercial Insurances is expected - preferably with relevant experience in insurance broking. Transferable Commercial Underwriting experience will also be considered. 

Tier 1 in Insurance Broking is most relevant and other tertiary, Bachelor degree / Postgraduate and/or industry qualifications will be very well regarded. Sector or specialty experience is welcome, such as:

  • Professional Indemnity / Management Liability 
  • SME / Mid-Market
  • Resources / Mining 
  • Construction
  • Affinity
  • Marine / Transport
  • Compliance management

Levels include:

  • Authorised Representatives
  • Executive Management
  • Senior Account Manager
  • National Claims Manager / Legal Counsel

- Tier 1 or 2 Broker Assistant (with Winbeat, Sunrise, CBS, eGlobal, Steadfast systems or similar) positions are also available -

Very competitive salary packages are negotiable, with incentives and corporate benefits, commensurate with experience.
