Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
This is a remote position. With a sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in Australia and New Zealand.

Have you managed a Partner business before and want to do it at a hyper-growth company and in an non-salesy business model? Atlassian's low-touch model together with our existing partners has served us very well, but we also understand that at scale, doing business in this territory requires a stronger local presence.
Your future team
You will report to the Manager for Indo-Pacific Partners and is part of a global organisation that builds a Partner ecosystem that deliver value-added services to our customers. You will work with the partner program, enablement, and field marketing teams, to develop and deliver plans that suit the needs of our local partners and the market, and represent Atlassian in the field. The Global Partners team is part of the broader sales team, which has a very unique approach to selling. Most of our sales are done over the web through a self-service, no negotiation, no discounting model. We believe in transparency and this includes our pricing which is all on our website.

The Partner Manager's primary responsibility is to focus on extending Atlassian business model through the recruitment and development of a portfolio of Consulting & Services-focus Partners whose primary businesses built around Atlassian products.
Partner Managers will consult and shape partners to build Atlassian mind and market share in the region.
Partner Managers serve as in-field experts, relied upon by other areas of the Atlassian organisation, including Product Marketing, Product Management and Advocates for guidance on scaling Atlassian presence.
Partner Manager ensures the health and growth of Atlassian regions, segments and partnerships and provides guidance to the Go-To-Market.
Your background
You have experience recruiting and managing partners in the software industry and you have also worked in consultancy/services organisations. You understand the complexities of working with small and large partners, each with their own culture, challenges and opportunities. "Recruit, Enable and Sell" is your motto.
