Come and work for one of Australia’s most iconic sporting brands at the dawn of an Olympic and Paralympic Games.The role of the Product Coordinator provides support to our product Team in developing custom Swimwear, Apparel, and Accessories for customers across

Australia and New Zealand. Most importantly you will be working with a high energy, passionate team who love the iconic brand they work for & value collaboration and teamwork as a high priority.

Here’s a breakdown of the responsibilities and skills required:

  • Facilitate Teamwear Business: Responsible for overseeing the Teamwear & Outfitting business overseen by product manager, which includes handling custom orders from Schools, Pools, and Surf clubs. This involves working closely with external factories and coordinating with wholesale account managers.
  • End-to-End Outfitting Process: Manages the entire outfitting process, starting from the creation of CADs (using Adobe Illustrator) and overview sheets. This includes adding logos and colouring up CADs within existing AI templates.
  • Costing and Financial Management: Utilises Excel to manage costings using established templates. Negotiates with external factories to ensure costs meet required margins.
  • ERP System Management: Raises codes and styles on the SAP ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the system.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination: Works closely with logistics to issue Purchase Orders (POs), tracks deliveries, and follows the delivery schedule.
  • Product Categories: Work within a variety of product categories including Men’s, Women’s, Boys’, Girls’, and Toddlers’ Swimwear, Apparel, and Accessories.
  • Skills Required:
  • Adobe Illustrator: Proficiency in using Illustrator to add logos and colour CADs.
  • Excel: Medium to high-level proficiency to manage costings and financial data.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Valuing teamwork as a core principle, fostering collaboration across various departments.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The focus on customization and managing bespoke orders requires both creativity (in CAD design) and analytical skills (in cost management and logistics). Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer expectations.
