Front Office Manager

Mondrian Gold Coast is opening the doors late 2024 and we are looking for pioneers to launch the brand in Australia.
The Front Office Manager will superivse front office, concierge, guest relations as well as the PBX.
Job Description- Lead, motivate and coach our front office team to provide an exceptional experience to our hotel guests
- Successfully and strategically plan and execute Front Office operations, including scheduling, departmental training, and team development for both the day and night team
- Engage and interact with hotel guests on a regular basis, be a highly visible leader across the business
- Understand guest experience trends and translate feedback into tangible actions that can help to deliver the best experience for all of our guests
Education and Experience
- Prior experience as a Front Office Managerin a high-profile hotel ideally on the Gold Coast.
- Pre-opening experience
- 5* luxury experience
