Our client, a leading technology company, are strongly dedicated in delivering innovative technology products across the AV industry to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time.

We foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and career progression for our employees. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

 
The Role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholder
  • Willingness to travel to clients within Sydney in a hybrid model from the office and on the road
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals to meet and exceed targets
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales for at least 5 years within the Tech industry, specifically in Audio-Visual or at a Systems Integrator.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organised
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Technical background is preferential
