We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Melbourne Agency Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of media agencies and national advertisers.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Melbourne’s most successful media sales teams. This is a territory that requires someone with tenacity, persistence and a love of closing the deal This is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset. You will be joining a team that loves Netflix Binges and is currently watching Baby Reindeer - and may be partial to the funky sound of Beyonce and using the word 'slay' to celebrate the wins

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

  • Strategic and solutions focused management of an established agency portfolio
  • Develop and sell leading cross platform, All of Audio solutions
  • Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth – you are tenacious in your business development and ability to increase revenue
  • Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)
  • Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
  • Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome
  • Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
  • Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.

This role will suit someone with prior advertising sales experience working with advertising agencies in the Melbourne market with Audio, Broadcast Media or Digital sales desirable.
