We are seeking an experienceGeneral Manager to join the team and provide a fresh and innovative mindset tothe business’ objectives. This position is a critical leadership position, thatowns multiple facets. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role isprimarily responsible for the overall success and management of the business.Core responsibilities include however are not limited to:
- Create and execute business sales and operationsstrategy
- Support business development initiatives incl.assisting key customers and sales where required
- Responsible for financial management, inclbudgets, P&L and reporting
- Focus on continuous improvement and successionplanning
- Provide leadership including the management anddevelopment of people
- Ensure a high quality of work or service ismaintained
- Participate in management conferences

- Senior management experience within industrialmanufacturing or heavy vehicle industry with the readiness to take the nextstep
- Strong exposure with strategy and/or businessdevelopment activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, andinspire people

- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong hungerfor success
