Group IT provides technology strategy, governance, delivery, and support for all of Toll. The team enables Toll with the right technology foundations and business systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.
The Opportunity:
We're hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Toll Group This is a permanent position based in our Port Melbourne office The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving transformative projects and process enhancements across the organisation.
You will be instrumental in implementing a diverse range of initiatives, collaborating across various corporate business units including HR, HSE, Finance, Audit, Property, Legal, and Compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and strategic mindset to deliver impactful technology projects that shape the future of Toll Group.
A day in the life of a Business Analyst at Toll Group:
- Lead and influence team members and stakeholders, effectively influencing outcomes and presenting innovative ideas in workshops and meetings.
- Collaborate closely with team members to analyse business processes and requirements, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive business requirements documents and solution proposals, actively shaping project success from start to finish.
- Engage in stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Adhere to Toll's IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and risk protocols to maintain operational integrity.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proficient in business requirements gathering and analysis, with a proven track record in documenting processes effectively.
- Skilled in project planning and execution, capable of managing diverse project portfolios within deadlines.
- Experienced in testing methodologies to ensure robustness and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Profound understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis specific to the logistics industry, enabling effective support and solution development tailored to industry challenges.
