What You Will Do:

Adventure World is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team in the exciting world of travel. This position is a hybrid working from our Bondi Junction office 3 days a week and as the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of three and collaborate with an internal designer.
  • Develop and implement yearly marketing and communication plans.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create co-op marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to ensure the sales team has the required assets and marketing efforts align with contracts.
  • Report campaign results to partners and the AW executive team.
  • Oversee digital developments in conjunction with The Travel Corporation’s digital team.
  • Direct content creation aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Previous marketing and management experience.
  • Expertise in marketing principles, channels, and social media.
  • Proficiency with marketing applications and web platforms.
  • A creative mindset and experience in building partnerships.
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team leadership qualities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
