About Stanwell
Stanwell provides the spark for a bright future, and that future starts now. With our corporate office in Brisbane’s CBD and sites in the South Burnett and Rockhampton regions, we are a supplier of energy solutions to Queensland, the National Electricity Market, and large energy users throughout Australia. With more than 3,000 MW of renewable generation projects and firming capacity under development, we have an extensive renewable energy pipeline, with a goal of 9 to 10 GW of renewable energy and between 3 and 3.5 GW of energy storage in place by 2035.

About the role
This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

Key activities include:
- Analyse Stanwell’s complex and rapidly changing environment. Understand key strategic risks and opportunities for our business and work with a range of experts to develop solutions to our biggest challenges.
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of Stanwell’s Corporate Strategy and business plans.
- Work across the business to understand current and potential future states at Stanwell and identify logical, no regrets pathways to achieve those future states.
About you
- Experience leading the development of corporate strategy within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience applying change management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact of change, identify risks and barriers, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Demonstrated strength leading challenging, interdependent programs and initiatives with multiple, invested stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
