About the role

This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

This role will have a focus on Microsoft 365 products and will work with a team of other Engineers who deliver services in SCCM, Intune and Citrix technologies. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Stanwell’s Workplace technology environment. This role will perform engineering and operations to develop and enhance new Workplace technology solutions and platforms.

Key activities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy to seamlessly move our existing Workplace technology systems and applications from on-premises to the cloud environment.
  • Lead and guide the technical aspects of Workplace technology platform dependant projects, providing expertise, best practices, and driving decisions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Train and mentor junior Engineers to grow skills within the team and increase the overall capacity of the organisation’s Workplace technology engineering and operations capability.

About you

  • Strong experience in designing, implementing, documenting and managing Workplace Technology environments, specifically Microsoft 365.
  • Well-developed capabilities in Managed Operating Environments (Windows 10/11), M365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Intune etc) and licence management.
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (Entra ID/AD) and SSO.
  • Relevant Microsoft and Workplace Technology certifications.
