The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of our E-commerce business in Australia. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in E-commerce, exceptional management skills, and a customer-centric approach.What you can expect:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and customer experience.
- Setup of local brand.com business
- Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales conversions.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
- Keeping abreast of retail sales trends in SEAPAC and providing feedback to Headquarters in Germany.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce management, preferably within the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and E-Commerce technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- University degree in business, digital marketing, or related disciplines
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Fashion and retail experience is desirable
- Experience in various areas of business and across various channels is desirable
- Experience in Generative AI is desirable
