About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to identify, generate, and convert project opportunities within their defined key accounts, applying project management framework requirements across all projects within the program and ensuring high-quality outcomes are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automation industry, including projects with process control systems, digital systems, and cyber security in the Oil and Gas, MMM, Defence, and Water Treatment sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the project performance targets are met within the program
- Ensuring the revenue targets are met within the program
- Ensuring the sales revenue targets are met within the program
- Managing resource allocation across all projects within the program
- Planning team capacity to meet current and future requirements of the program
- Ensuring team utilisation targets are met
- Active support of team members
- Regular communications and reporting through to the Head of Solutions and Delivery
- Working with the Head of Solutions and Delivery to set strategic growth targets for the Program
- Direct project management of one or more projects as required
About You
To succeed in the role, you will need a demonstrated history of:
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery of electrical and automation projects
- Proven ability to apply project management methodologies
- Understanding of contract negotiation and administration
- Excellent understanding of project accounting principles
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with project management platforms to deliver projects
