We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business
You will be responsible for
Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation
Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants
Compliance focus
Buildeffective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements
Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information
About you
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Familiarity with MS Office Products
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation
Strong analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills & the ability to handle difficult coversations
