The Role
A s we have condensed our value streams to better align to our enterprise strategy, the Transformation business unit has since gone through a re-organisation of our teams to optimise its delivery efficiency and uplift organisational execution.
As a result, we have a number of newly created roles within the business enablement function.
Reporting into the Change Manager, the Change Lead will be assigned to work within one of our three strategic Value Streams (Remediation, or Growth and Strategy, or Stability and Efficiency).
Your role is broad and varied. The primary focus of the role is to manage the end-to-end change planning and execution for complex initiatives outlined in the value stream.
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Partnering with delivery team to clearly understand the solution
- Identifying and engaging impacted stakeholders at all levels to ensure change vision is clearly understood
- Assessing change impact and risk
- Crafting and implementing change and communication plan through fit-for-purpose interventions to ensure business is ready to adopt and sustain the change
In addition, you will be a key contributor in the enterprise change centre of excellence to improve change maturity and drive consistent change experience across the organisation by creating an enterprise view of change, enhancing our change methodology and toolkit and uplifting enterprise change capabilities.
About you
A seasoned and experienced Change Lead, you possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing business change initiatives in similar roles.
You are familiar with working in an agile, value stream-based organisation with experience in participating in initiative, feature or EPIC.
You possess a strong ability to implement change across the organisation from a holistic perspective, whilst your strong communication skills (both written and verbal) will enable you to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Lastly, it is not mandatory but will be beneficial if you possess relevant certification in change management (e.g. Prosci).
