Full timeWhat will your day look like?
• driving the change approach, plan and delivery, workstream;• identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of friction, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns;• identifying and gathering project/cross project change impacts to define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning change readiness, workforce planning, metrics and evaluation;• Developing BAU transition plans and support handover of change activities to the business;• Monitoring the ongoing adoption of the change
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and TraditionalHas successfully led change initiatives with quality outcomesExperience leading, motivating and managing various change team, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy inAppropriate university degree or relevant qualificationsADKAR, Prosci or equivalent certification/experience
