Continuous Improvement Analyst
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data insights & analysis, drive continuous improvement initiatives of current reporting processes and do the reporting to internal & external stakeholders. Due to the nature of our team, this role will suit a Data Analytics professional with previous experience in this field. You will act as a central reference and information source for the Sustainability team. Successful candidates will be well regarded if they have skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SAP/HANA and Microsoft applications, or other similar products.
Applications are open to candidates located in Melbourne, Sydney (Parramatta) and Brisbane as we have offices in each
In your new role, you will:
- Provide critical analysis of the environmental impact from company’s operations across all business lines ranging from Quarry, Asphalt, Recycling & Concrete
- Investigate and interpret results to deliver consistent and replicable business insights.
- Analyse large complex data sets and convert them to management information.
- Problem solve core issues within unstructured or incomplete data sets providing insights currently not visible.
- Show off your effective time management skills while prioritising tasks and adapting to changing demands.
- Act as a central reference and information source for the Sustainability team by gathering business requirements for report & process development, and providing direct support through data analysis and communication
- Continuous improvement of reports & processes by transitioning existing static reports to live/real time reports
- Support with building master data within SAP (ERP System) to automate the existing "As-Is" process that allow dynamic calculation of key measures to further achieve transparency and visibility of end products
- Develop compelling and interactive reports (periodic and ad hoc) using business data (SAP, BO Analysis BW4/HANA, COPA Data, others) that recognize actionable insights & opportunities for sustainability improvement
- Educate and communicate tableau reports to internal stakeholders through various mediums on the usage of reports
- Data analysis & reporting for Government (NPI & NGER), to global head office (Internal Tableau Reports/Dashboards) and Customer (Project Specific Reports & Environmental Product Declarations)
- Develop financial models to analyse and track savings associated with various sustainability measures and with detailed understanding of Sustainability concepts
- Create Business Requirement Documents to define "As-Is" and "To-be" business process for operational efficiency
