Senior Manager, Derivatives and Cash Management

We are partnering with a leading global investment manager with close to AUD$250B in assets under management on behalf of Institutional investors, Super funds, Wholesale distributors, Investment platforms and Financial Advisors globally. This is a great opportunity to join in a newly created role within the Investment Business Management function utilising your deep knowledge and skillset across Financial Markets in Cash Management/Derivatives/FX at a senior leadership capacity.
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee hedging capabilities and cash management services to the International Equity teams
- As the role sits within the Front office, you will provide support across operational activities, capital markets, vendor management and projects
- Hedging portfolio currency risk and portfolio currency exposure risk
- Management of cash flows and rebalancing of portfolios
- Oversee hedging counterparties, pricing and collateral negotiation
- 5-10 years in a similar role within Cash and FX Management
- Solid understanding of investment products, FX instruments and derivatives trading
- Be influential and confident in stakeholder engagement and management across key heads of business units
- Experience in managing or mentoring a team
