More About The Growth Marketer Role At Valiant
The role of the Growth Marketing Specialist is to drive the growth of our Direct Acquisition channels. Our Direct Acquisition channels are core to our offering and it will be your responsibility to work alongside a small team of experts to continually adapt, refresh and optimise our digital properties to be the best in market.
Reporting to our Performance Marketing Manager and working alongside our Marketing, Growth and Engineering teams, you will be a self-starter who loves data and who creates and deploys conversion focused tests to drive performance outcomes at all levels of our Direct acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of website and landing page performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates.
- Identify user pain points and barriers to conversion through data analysis and user feedback.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- 1-2 years experience of working in an optimisation or paid performance role
- Analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).
- Proficiency in A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive results.
