We are seeking a Head of Sales Performance at RSL LifeCare. In this position you will lead efforts to drive efficiencies and achieve exceptional outcomes throughout our sales pipeline. Your role is crucial in not only meeting but exceeding budget targets through strategic collaborations with General Managers, Department Heads, and key stakeholders. You will optimise performance across the customer journey, ensuring excellence in pricing strategies for Retirement Living, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care.

You will also:

  • Management and optimisation of the respective Sales funnels across all key operational areas including reporting, identifying gaps and partnering with stakeholders to deliver the change required.
  • Lead and participate in working groups to achieve positive outcomes in property development, design, and presentation of property across RSLL, new and existing stock.
  • Deliver financial modelling and reports to optimise RAC funding, RL funding and Home Care package consolidation and optimise opportunities for growth
  • Build a formal stakeholder network across key functions in the business (e.g. Marketing & Property) to enable success in sales pipeline performance.
  • Support the GM Sales & CRM in conducting internal audits periodically to ensure the pricing and value strategy is being adhered to by all.

About you:

  • Experience in sales management and business performance optimisation
  • Experience in analytics and utilising data to drive commercial decisions
  • Proven ability to review a situation, identify opportunities and use this knowledge to drive positive change in people and process.
  • Strategic planning capabilities including strong conceptual, strategic thinking and a willingness to listen and consider other perspectives
  • Highly developed leadership and influence skills to implement changes and gain buy in from stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, direct and work as part of a senior management team
  • Ability to be self-motivated and to promote a positive work environment.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
