Overview
This is a pivotal role in leading the inbound sales team towards achieving the company-wide revenue targets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Inside Sales will be tasked with executing strategic directives for each of our key verticals & partners into actionable plans for our inside sales team to achieve on a daily & weekly basis.
The role will manage a geographically dispersed team across Sydney & the Gold Coast, requiring the Head of Inside Sales to be experienced in fostering an engaged, and cohesive team, to deliver consistent growth with a strong focus on individual career development and team leadership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end customer sales strategies for each key vertical with the vertical Account Executive setting clear targets and allocating resources to drive monthly revenue growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the inside sales team, monitoring and optimising performance across various metrics.
- Maintain and develop the sales and customer acquisition funnels for each of our revenue streams, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our customer segments, value propositions, and pricing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Ensure exceptional lead management, responsiveness, and customer experience across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and partnership teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality lead flow.
- Work collaboratively with compliance and operations teams to maintain regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in high velocity sales
- 3+ years in leading sales or sales development leadership roles.
- Essential: In-depth knowledge of FX markets is required.
- Proven track record of delivering on revenue targets and driving sales performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and strategic thinking.
- Inspirational leadership style that motivates and empowers team members to excel.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-performing teams, particularly in dispersed environments.
- Thorough understanding of modern sales techniques and tools, with proficiency in leveraging sales intelligence technology.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments.
This role will be based at either our Sydney office at The Pier at Dawes Point or our Gold Coast headquarters in Southport. You will be expected to travel to the alternate office for 1 week per month.
