We are seeking an experienced marketer to join our marketing team as an Email Marketing Specialist - Campaign Producer on a fixed term 7-month contract.


About the Role

The Email Marketing Specialist - Campaign Producer is responsible for producing specific campaigns for Bunnings’ email channels driven by customer insights and business objectives. The role is also responsible for ensuring that campaigns meet commercial objectives, quality control standards, and reflects the Bunnings brand values and tone of voice.

What's involved:

  • Support the Direct Marketing Lead with the campaign process from briefing and design, through to execution and approval
  • Manage the implementation of email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure business priorities are communicated to customers in the most effective and relevant way to maximise subscriber engagement
  • Work with the Digital Content Manager and Content Manager to source content based on subscriber insights and past email campaign performance
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders through the digital marketing process, from creative ideation to approvals for campaign launch
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned and on time error free.

Who we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have experience implementing email campaigns within marketing automation platforms (SFMC preferred). You will have knowledge of email best practice and design, able to identify areas within email campaigns to optimize and implement A/B tests to improve campaign engagement. You will also have knowledge of campaign analytics and reporting and are able to monitor subscriber engagement and identify targeting or segmentation opportunities to maximise engagement.

You’ll need:

  • Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or Multimedia
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Photoshop experience a bonus.
