NSW Sales Manager

$120k - $140k + Super + Travel Allowance + Bonuses
High profile furniture distributor known for their designer brands and beautiful product is seeking an experienced State Sales Manager.
This is a pivotal role in maintaining strong market leadership within the Architectural and Interior Design community.
The successful candidate will have worked with top-tier design practices, have exceptional client relationships skills, a high level of customer service and proven success in developing client accounts.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading industry name representing a range of Australian, New Zealand & European designer workplace furniture and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a senior leader in the team
- Grow and develop existing accounts and client relationships
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Prospect clients through research and networking
- Generate profitable results with sales team
- Develop team through motivation, mentoring, and skill development
- Manage sales administration and operations
- Report on performance and streamline process where possible
- Develop a comprehensive strategic business plan
- Plan and manage team activities
- Promote company culture and values
- Attend and present at external meetings to promote business development
- Manage recruitment of sales and support teams
Skills and Experience
- A proactive, hands on Sales Manager with demonstrative experience
- Commercial and business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem solving skillset
- Passion for sales and developing new business within a team environment
- An active enthusiasm for being ‘The Coach’ and spending time in the field with your team.
