Are you an experienced professional seeking to step into a leadership role?
We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Electrical Project Manager. In this role, you will take charge of managing all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring that deliverables align with client requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and assess performance against key metrics such as time, budget, quality, and safety.
- Manage relationships with clients and sub-contractors on projects
- Manage labour and workforce on project site
- Manage procurement and project materials, plant and equipment
- Manage Quality control and assurance
- Develop project plans and manage compliance documentation
- Manage deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and projects delivered on time
- Safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project
- Project reporting
- Comply with Internal Policies / Procedures
Qualifications
- Electrical trade or relevant qualifications in electrical construction
- Strong experience in electrical project management
- Strong experience in subcontractor and supplier procurement and management
- Electrical Estimating experience and developing project plans in the construction industry
- Strong experience in reading and interpreting plans to assist the project team with direction
- Strong ability to lead and manage project teams and build relationships with clients
- Understanding of employment and Industrial Relations requirements on project sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
