The Purpose: As Product Management Lead you willbe responsible for the strategy, management and optimisation ofcertain products and services within the Business Payments productportfolio, with a specific focus on BPAY, PayID and the development ofa new Confirmation of Payee service. Over time, productresponsibilities may change or expand according to the needs of theteam. As the business owner for the products/services within yourportfolio you are responsible for developing action plans andidentifying key initiatives to drive adoption and take up of theproducts/services and identifying opportunities for optimisingperformance and product enhancements. This is what you'd be requiredto do: Execute on an agreed set of priorities for BPAY includingidentifying portfolio opportunities, operational process improvementsand potential changes to product pricing Focus on opportunities todrive take up and adoption of PayID and have business ownership forthe development of the Confirmation of Payee service Be accountablefor execution of strategies, action plans and key performance metricsfor products under your responsibility, in close consultation with AP+members Identify new product enhancements, including processimprovements, to support the future growth and adoption of therelevant products and services Work with the AP+ Marketing team onproduct marketing plans and initiatives Work with AP+ Technology teamto deliver on key product enhancements and operational improvements We'dlove to hear from you if you have; Robust experience in productmanagement/product strategy/ stakeholder management roles within thepayments industry Specific payments knowledge and experienceincluding technical understanding, and ideally encompassing corporateand B2B payments. Knowledge of bank receivables products would be anadvantage Experience in analysing product/marketing data andcustomer insights Demonstrated experience analysing and interpretingproduct, market and financial information including ability tounderstand commercial and pricing models, and make fact-baseddecisions Excellent team collaboration skills and demonstratedability to build strong relationships with key external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, particularly written (presentations,articles, marketing collateral etc.) Ability to translate strategyinto operational and tactical activities, assess progress and adapttactics and plans accordingly Proactively solve problems to effectchange, make informed decisions and take responsibility Strongbusiness acumen – commercial, pricing, competitor analysis What'sNext: We know applying for a role can be a nerve-wracking experience,so we endeavor to review applications and plan to schedule screeninginterviews within the next two weeks.
