Job Description

Must Have Qualifications

· Strongunderstanding of ServiceNow best practices

· Proven track record from developing andoperating ServiceNow (3+ years)

· Experience in working according toagile, scrum or SAFe principles

· Experience of working withIntegrations, E-bonding is preferred

· Strong analytical skills,communication, and presentation skills

· Ability to manage customer andstakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous

· Have the drive and determination tolearn and continuously share your knowledge with others

Nice-to-have

· Knowledgeof TM Forum Framework

· Knowledge of ITIL

· Experience from working in CI/CDpipelines

· Experience in Angular JS, jQuery,Node.js and Apache Jelly

· Working experience from Prometheus andGrafana
