Australian Venue Co. are looking for enthusiastic, innovative Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Melbourne and work across our Queensland venues. Some sites you may be familiar with include Trinity Beach, Surfair & Palm Cove Tavern.

What will your day look like?
- Work closely with venue managers & senior marketing team on campaigns & initiatives to drive revenue.
- Execute marketing strategy & events calendar for your venues.
- Work together with our digital, design & brand teams to create a seamless online customer journey
This position would suit an applicant at a coordinator level currently looking to move up.
Desired skills
- A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
- Minimum two years’ experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen
- Technical marketing and digital skills
- Experience working in high pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders
