The Opportunity
This is a senior role within Woolworths at Work – one of the fastest-growing and strategically vital areas of WooliesX. Woolworths at Work is a new business that has recently launched to service businesses across Australia with the supplies they need to keep their businesses thriving. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the enterprise segment.

What you'll do
- Develop clear enterprise segments, personas, and build a marketable database of targeted marketable accounts with complete buyer units.
- Execute lead generation strategies and collaborate on high-quality lead programs.
- Create sales enablement materials and conduct program training sessions for the sales and customer success team.
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding for integrated plans.
- Work closely with field marketing ensuring field marketing programs deliver to enterprise strategy
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, ABM, sales enablement, intent marketing and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies, including CRM, intent programs and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing stakeholders .
