This is your chance to play a critical role in our mission to maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance, working closely with diverse teams to implement new processes and technologies that enhance our operations. Based in our Brisbane office, you will be at the forefront of ensuring revenue and cost compliance, making a significant impact on our financial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entry, maintenance, and validation of product, supplier, and customer master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Document and ensure compliance with internal controls for workflows such as Demand to Supply, Concept to Market, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
  • Manage and integrate supplier data, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and validate customer data, including pricing and contract administration details, to support sales and customer service efforts.
  • Reconcile cost changes and pricing agreements through to the P&L
  • Implement quality control procedures, conduct routine audits, and resolve data quality issues to maintain data integrity and compliance with business rules.
  • Generate regular reports on data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, particularly in pricing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management, preferably within a manufacturing or product-based company.
  • Proficiency with MS Dynamics 365 and other data management tools
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and inquisitive mindset, continuously questioning the status quo to drive improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and influence positive change.
