About the Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor on a Fixed Term contract, based at the historic Argyle Diamond mine. 

This position will work closely with the onsite Production Supervisors and report directly to the Project Manager. Solid knowledge of Excavators / Loaders / Dump Trucks / Dozers / Graders / Water Carts is highly regarded.

About You

  • Certificate IV TAE in Training & Assessment 
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • The ability to mentor and train others with respect
  • Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to undertake a Pre Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen
