Commercial Accounts Manager

Currently, we have a full-time opportunity for theright candidate to join our Commercial Division. The main function of theposition is to develop and manage sales opportunities and managed accounts withinCorporate, Government, Education and other commercial and business customers.
The main duties include:
·Presentand sell IT solutions and sales support services to current and potential clients.
·Establishand maintain current client and potential client relationships.
·Followup on new leads and referrals.
·Identifysales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
·Preparequotations and sales contracts.
·Driveto progress and maximise Key Performance Indicators.
·Planningand forecasting on managed accounts and non-managed accounts.
·Managecustomer account servicing through visitations and quality checks and other follow-up.
·Identifyand resolve customer concerns.
·Assistand liaise with the Retail Sales team when required.
You will also occasionally:
- Train in different departments to broaden experience, knowledge, and skills,
- Attend training and seminars to obtain certification or relevant technical knowledge.

Skills and Experience:
·Three to five years of Salesexperience, ideally in a software/IT industry selling to commercial, educationand government organisations.
·Tertiary Qualification inIT/Computer Science.
·Up to date IT knowledge onServer, Networking, Workstation, PC, Laptop, Software, Print and Storage.
·Strong telephone andpresentation skills with the ability to open and close over the phone.
·Self-starter with a strongteam ethos.
·Excellent interpersonal andtime management skills.
